Mango – Citrus Limetta Iced Drink, Sweet & Sour

Ingredients: One Citrus Limetta, also called Lime or Mosambi, one mango and 1 tablespoon sugar.

It turns good, have it with spoons as bottom of glass have pulp of mango and the top 3/4th of glass have Limetta and mango shake, which is sweetened and lemon like sour due to Limetta.

Step 1. Take one mango, peel it with peeler

Step 2. Cut mango in small parts

Step 3. Take one Citrus Limetta also called lime, mosambi by some

Step 4. Peel Limetta and cut in 4 parts

Step 5. Put the cut Limetta in grinder or use other juice extraction instruments, I used grinder, and then used a sieve to remove the thick part.

Step 6. Grinde mango in clean mixture grinder. Put some pulp direct in glass, to fill one-fourth of grinder. Remaining pulp of mango, put in handful of ice, and Limetta juice, extracted above, one without fibers.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Now run the mixture grinder for a while. Pour out the content in the glass. Ready to serve.

Enjoy with spoon, as cut mangoes and pulp there, top drink is sweet and sour, tastes good with crushed ice.
