Step 1. Wash rice, and vegetables you want to use. I used green peas, carrot, capsicum, onions, tomatoes and potatoes. Chop the vegetables.
Step 2. Put equal amount of rice -I used 1 bowl of large size, and exactly the same amount of water, kept aside to be used later.
Step 3. Put 1 spoon of oil in pressure cooker. Put cumin 1 spoon, and then black pepper and other spices as per your tastes.
Optional— I added curry leaves, green cardamom, bay leaves-4, raw cinnamon few strands-5 I used, 1/2 spoon red chili, black cardamom, 9-10 cloves.
Step 4. Add other vegetables, fry for one minute. Add salt-1/2 spoon or as per taste.
Step 5. Add the equal amount of water kept aside in cooker and close its led.
Step 6. Put one whistle in pressure cooker and let the steam come out on its own, wait for the time, few minutes.
Once steam is out, Dish is ready, spicy and tasty
